In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
Social Media Advertising
Ace & Luster engages in online social media advertising on social media sites including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
On these social media network sites, we target Ace & Luster content, videos, and ads to you when you are on other websites and social media sites. We do this using a variety of digital marketing networks and ad exchanges, and we use a range of advertising technologies like web beacons, pixels, ad tags and cookies, as well as specific services offered by social media networks, such as Facebook Custom Audience services.
The Ace & Luster website is intended for use by persons over the age of 18 and we will never knowingly collect any information or market to children under the age of 18.
If you suspect that we have collected information on a person age 18 or under, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take all the necessary actions to remove this data from all of the Ace & Luster controller and processor databases
Canceling an order
This is only possible if your order has not been dispatched from our head office. Please email our customer services team, email@example.com
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to refuse delivery and we will refund you in full as soon as the return has been processed back at our head office.
GIFT CARD/PROMOTIONAL CODES
All gift vouchers can be redeemed online using the code displayed on your voucher. Gift vouchers expire 12 months after the purchase date. Any vouchers issued as a competition prize also expire after 12 months from the date of issue.
Our promotional codes do come with terms and conditions that will either be highlighted on the site or email where you received the code. Please also see our standard terms and conditions here. Promotional codes are only valid when all terms and conditions are met.
If you are still having issues the Ace & Luster customer service team are happy to help if you believe your promotional code should apply to your order but is showing as invalid on the site.
