International Deliveries

We can ship our smaller items and accessories internationally.

Sadly, we are not able to send furniture or large and fragile items overseas.

For international deliveries please contact us for pricing before purchasing goods on the website. This can be done by sending an email to customersupport@aceandluster.co.uk

We will be happy to cost the delivery charges for you prior to purchasing.

Delivery Times

Your order will be despatched with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Orders are delivered within 3-5 days

If you require an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our very best to help.

Once your order has been despatched you will be provided with a tracking number and link where possible.

If you miss your Ace & Luster delivery from Royal Mail they will pop a calling card through your door to advise of the next step to obtaining your package.

Amendments to orders can only be made if your order has not been dispatched from our Head office. So please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If your order does not arrive on time, please contact us immediately via email, customersupport@aceandluster.co.uk and we will investigate this for you. We are unable to investigate until the last estimated delivery date has passed. Please check your order confirmation for details about your delivery date.

Other Delivery Information

All Ace & Luster couriers will deliver to your door but are sadly are unable to deliver to your desired room. If you have ordered a larger item, please ensure you arrange someone to help you. We do not remove the packaging after making a delivery, however, all packaging is recyclable. Please note our couriers will not be able to help assemble furniture for you.

Returns

If you would like to return your purchase this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Ace & Luster are happy to provide you with a full refund or credit note, less any delivery paid. Any items returned outside this period will be at Ace & Luster s own discretion.

Damages

If in the unlikely and unfortunate event that you receive a product damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of your delivery. Please send across photographs of the damaged item(s) to customersupport@aceandluster.co.uk

Outside of 48 hours we are unable to replace any damaged products.

Faulty Items

If a product is believed to be faulty then please notify us within 7 days of receipt to the same customer support email address.

Ace & Luster ask that you send a photo images to show the products faults. Please also keep all original packaging until you have corresponded with us.

How to return an order

To begin with, please send an email to customersupport@aceandluster.co.uk with your full name and order number. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Boxes must be sealed with clear or brown tape. Please refrain from using branded tape as it is not considered in resellable condition and therefore we may not be able to credit you.

Ace & Luster cannot accept any responsibility for any products that are lost or damaged in transit.

All returns must be sent at your own expense and we are unable to refund the original cost (unless of course the product is faulty)

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to arrive back into your account. Ace & Luster reserve the right to refuse to refund if the original product packaging and is not in a resalable condition.

Furniture Orders

For furniture return orders there is a collection fee of 35 and returns may take up to 14 working days to process. Please contact our customer support team, customersupport@aceandluster.co.uk
